It’s past Memorial Day, so it’s the start of summer, right? In honor of summer this past Saturday I made this yumalicious Shrimp & Blue Cheese Spread that was featured in the April issue of Southern Living…You can find the recipe here. Now I’m not a seafood lover but this spread was mild and not over-run with shrimp or blue cheese taste!
Aren’t they kinda cute all pink and tiny? Publix had them on big sale. Have I told you lately how much I love and adore my Publix???
You chop the shrimp into little bits and combine all the ingredients, which I won’t tell you since I gave you this little link!
Taaa Daaa! The french bread slices were so good with the dip.
I moved the little feast outside on the back deck when Jon, Stephie, Ellie, Emma and Tim (who is not in this picture!) got here…The shrimp dip was a nice begining to our cookout. The Husband grilled the most amazing burgers that night. I’m posting Cooking With The Husband and his mad burger skills on Friday. We have found our go-to burger I’m tellin ya. You’ve gotta come back Friday and see these things!!! 
In the mean-time Peeps I think this dip would make a great week-night lite dinner…Enjoy~TTFN!

Speaking of your yummy recipes, yesterday I made your huge chocolate chip/M&M cookies (the size of a plate), but I made them gluten-free. AMAZING. I went to dessert with some friends at Chili’s. I took a cookie, asked the server to heat it, add ice cream and some of that chocolate topping and, Wa-Lah. It was the best dessert on the table.
I replaced the regular flour in your recipe for GF flour. Nobody could tell the difference. THANK YOU.
