Figure Friendly Apple Crisp

by Robin on October 8, 2009

You guys know that The Husband and I are doing Weight Watcher’s Online after baking my rear-end on! It’s the time of year for Apple Crisp and I have a YumAliciouS recipe here for a great one! (All my recipes are under All Things Yumalicious, both figure friendly and figure unfriendly!)

I needed to find a good Apple Crisp recipe that was more figure friendly than my go-to recipe,  so I looked up some on the Weight Watcher’s site and my FAVORITE blog: Gina’s Weight Watcher’s Recipes! Gina  posted one last week, it looked so good! I tweaked them and came up with this…It’s really good. Really, really good Peeps. Thank you again Gina for your beautiful blog and inspiring recipes!

My usual recipe makes a 9×13, this figure friendly one is small. I swear I wanted to eat the whole thing…the taste just says Autumn…

That looks delicious! I make almost the same recipe but mine is just the oats, brown sugar, wheat flour, apples, cinnamon and light butter. I will have to try this one out! The butterscotch morsels and the apple sauce sound yummy!

This sounds wonderful! The one problem I see… what the heck do you do with the rest of the bag of butterscotch morsels? I do okay when the bag is unopened in the pantry, but I swear the things just leap out of that opened bag and into my mouth!
