It was the weekend before Christmas! Did some of you get snow!!!? I’m in the deeeep South, so as par usual, we got torrential rain on Friday…but no snow. This weekend was our big family Christmas party. There were 21 people and 6 pups! (And not all of us were here!)Baby Sister brought appetizers and The Husband made his Lasagna and everyone brought desserts! I only had to make the salad. It was almost too easy on me!
After dinner we had a Mean Santa Gift Exchange (What we call White Elephant Gift Exchange!) I ended up with a puppy snuggie! Bindi was thrilled!
I’m enjoying some R & R so today I’m going to leave you with a few pictures from the party.

I pray each of you are enjoying your moments this week! If you have a minute I’d so love for you to leave me a comment and tell me what you did last weekend!

Hi!
You have a beautiful family!
The pics are gorgeous!
This past weekend was pretty busy even though the snow put a damper on a few of our activities!
I did some last second shopping and some prepping too
Today I enjoyed baking cookies with my mom and 2 Aunts
Christmas is coming so fast and furious… but I can’t wait!
Enjoy your week
Blessings

Am I the first comment? Spent the weekend preparing for my trip to Canada to see three of my boys and their families for Christmas. Lots of last minute shopping, cooking and organizing. How am I going to fit it all in the car? Always seems to work out somehow. As long as there are happy faces to greet me, the drive will be worth it. xo
What did i do this past weekend? Let’s see…went for a 30 mile bike ride with a friend on Friday and then died the rest of the day.
My wife was able to take Saturday off so we both helped with distributing food at Angel Food and then we finished off any Christmas shopping we needed to do. Can’t say i am fond of zoos. I studied for Sunday and then after worship Sunday we ate at Texas Roadhouse (I had salmon-Yum!), visited someone in the hospital, then I went to the office for a couple of hours. Jo wrapped presents. it was a nice relaxing weekend. Hope you and your family have a terrific Christ-filled Christmas.

Beautiful pictures of a beautiful family Robin! – I was at a family Christmas party yesterday – we do an ornament white elephant – this year everyone played so it was fun!!
I left all of my cookie baking to one day and spent 15 hours doing it – went to bed with an aching back.
I took my Drop in and Decorate cookies we made to the Food Pantry
I did a little shopping, a little cleaning and a little crafting———wow, I had a busy week!
Merry Christmas Robin!

Speak for yourself Em, my pictures look like the runaway bride. I fear it’s a “condition”.
Went to a family party. Tried to show off and wore spiked heels. Fell down off the curb onto a paved road. On my hands and knees down. Heard my husband say as he came along behind me, “You got up pretty fast for a woman your age.”
I want to see a YouTube added of your Family Parties.
We got SOCKED with snow: 18 inches! So, Joe spent 2 days digging us out, we made 2 soups and just snuggled in! Today I went out to try to catch up and finish up1 Your family is gorgeous: INCLUDING you!!! You do NOT look like the Runaway Bride!!!! I, too, croosed a bridge yesterday: I have decided to FLY to Fl. in Jan. with 3 girlfriends. I ahve not flown in 35 years…..but have decided I am missing out on life and FUN, so I will get some drugs and get my behind on the plane and have FUN, damnit:):) I AM Merry, Robin. XO, Pinky
I read earlier and just had to come back and tell you how much I love seeing your family here! Such great photos. You have the prettiest daughters and they are every bit as beautiful as their sweet mother!!

Great pictures!
I spent last weekend snowed in with my family and it was wonderful. Everything was in slow mo. We played charades, sledded, and I read a book. Lovely break right before Christmas!
Bee*u*tea*full Family! Wish we had some of that snow, too! We’re much further down south from you, below Macon. I had plenty of rain but the weekend turned out to be nice.
I spent the weekend with my parents. They are 85 and 73. My dad turns 86 on Christmas Eve and he is not showing his age at all. Mom has been in the hospital but is doing great. I put up their Christmas tree and decorated their stairs. Mom put up her nativity she made in ceramics many years ago. It is beautiful! We shopped a little at Hobby Lobby and Michaels and came home with some Mary Engelbreit Christmas wrapping paper! My mom loves her artwork and the packages we wrapped with it look so festive!
Have a Merry Christmas!
