Marshmallow Fudge Brownies…

by Robin on December 22, 2009

I’m so enjoying Christmas week! How ’bout you? We just celebrated Emma’s birthday last night with a little pa-jay-jay party!  My baby turns  23 today! Happy Birthday Em!

Today I thought it would be fun to do something that maybe even your kids could whip up!  With everyone out of school here’s a super easy recipe for Marshmallow Fudge Brownies!!!

All you do is get your favorite Brownie Mix and whip it up and bake!

Then you can either: *Buy a canned chocolate fudge frosting OR make your own. I made one using Pioneer Woman’s recipe! YUM!

*Get a small yumilicious jar of crack cream aka: Marshmallow Creme annnnd…(The Husband calls it Crack Cream because he says I’m addicted to it!)

*Spread the Marshmallow Creme over the top of cooled brownies…

*Microwave the canned frosting for a few seconds and spread  and swirl with the Marshmallow Creme!

These are ooey-gooey simple yumalicious-ness!

Oh, gosh…these look so yummy and simple. Look kinda like Mississippi Mud if you just put nuts in the brownies. I hope you and the family have a wonderful Christmas filled with miracles and blessings!

I just gained 7 pounds looking at those. And was disappointed it wasn’t lick and taste on my computer screen like those old scratch ‘n sniff stickers :)

You and Sandra Lee are definitely NOT helping me with my addiction. Oh well, there’s always next year!

These brownies will go on my New Year’s Eve into day dessert tray.
Sandra Lee puts it on her Sweet Potato Souffle and then uses one of those cook’s torches to brown – I’ll just put it on my mashed sweet potato and stick it under the broiler.
