Robin, YOur strawberries are the essence of Valentine’s Day to me! Very beautiful, red and so delicious. I like the white chocolate embellishement! Classy and sassy all at once.

Tip of the day ~* To keep strawberries crisp, fresh and “snappy”, place
folded paper towell in zip loc bag with the berries ~

My favorites! The key is DRY strawberries like you said. I also saw on the Littlest Chocolatiers the idea of dipping peppers in chocolate. They put a sweet/spicy cream on the inside of them and then dipped them in chocolate. I'm trying it this year.
