Three months of 2010 is already over! Wow!
Once again looking back through the lens of my camera is therapeutic and fills me with thanksgiving. So much happened over the past four weeks. For one, here in the deep south, we got snow on March 2! Just look at the pink bird feeder covered with white stuff!
And then came some warmer days…
On an emotional level we’ve been working through the early pregnancy of our daughter, Emma. So many decisions and ups and downs. And so many friends reaching out and bringing hope and encouragement …this project afforded me the opportunity to express my emotions. And some days, I really needed that…
We also did a big project in March, we revamped my fun-room! So I spent lots of time creating a space I’d want to hang out in all day!
And then there’s our granddaughter Ellie…Ellie turned 1 in March. I’m in awe every single day at the deep joy and purpose this tiny girl gives me…
I call her my: Tiny Cure for All Things…
Once again I’m pleasantly surprised by this 365 Project. The emotional tie and the memory I have with each photo is so rewarding. The things I’m learning about my camera and processing the photos is way more than I’d attempt without the project. The way I look at everything has changed completely over the past 3 months. These days, I look closer at the world around me, appreciating and finding purpose in the smallest moments.
My niece just started her second Project 365 this week! Like I’ve said before…any time is a great time to start!

My friend Zee, who lives in Russia says that where she lives, they refer to this day, not as Good Friday, but as Passion Friday…I like that better…
