It’s the kick off of Summer this weekend and you know what that means!?

LET’S EAT!!!

Just in case you’re concerned about getting into your bathing suit I have a scrumptious skinny recipe you might want to try!

I made a skinny Chocolate Creme Pie a few months ago (Recipe HERE). I loved it and a few days ago tried a different version of that skinny pie!

For this one I wanted banana with the chocolate so I used banana fat free pudding and a cut up banana in the center.

It was so good. You’d never know it was low fat and low calorie!

Yumalicious Figure Friendly Chocolate pie

1 cup fat free vanilla frozen yogurt (soft)

(You can also use 1 cup of the slow churned ice cream! I used slow churned Cookies-n-Cream!)

2 cups fat free milk

1 small pkg sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix

1 small pkg sugar free Banana instant pudding mix

1 carton 8 oz. reduced fat whipped topping thawed divided (you could use more for a prettier top!)

1-2 Bananas, sliced

1 reduced fat pie crust-graham cracker

(You can use the chocolate pie crust but it adds some fat!)

Whisk yogurt until smooth and soft. Gradually whisk in milk until blended. Add pudding mixes and whisk 2 minutes longer. Let stand until softly set

Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Transfer about 1/4 – 1/2 of pudding to crust.  Add a layer of sliced bananas then add the remaining pudding.  Top with remaining whipped topping .

Refrigerate until firm. (May take an hour or more)

Enjoy and don’t feel a bit of guilt!!!

I have to admit, skinny and chocolate cream are not two words I was expecting in the same sentence. But yes, we do have a few cookouts coming up and this is perfect! Thanks for sharing. I look forward to trying one out.

There’s my beloved 3Bs recipe – my family can’t say enough nice things about me when I make those brownies. Thanks for helping me get something so gooey and good in my repertoire.

Have a great weekend.

Oh yum! Do you happen to have an extra plate?

I hope you’ll stop by and see my video for a French Macaroon video. There are bloopers. :)

I am also hosting a giveaway for a French Basketeer tote.

I’m kind of hating you right now for posting these….I want to not eat – but inhale them….praise God they haven’t figured out a way to download the real thing. I’d be in serious trouble. And I still can’t wait to make those jalepeno burgers of The Husbands….Yumm!

I’m catching up on reading blogs after a busy time… Thanks for the recipe! And congratulations on finding out you are having a Granddaughter! I will continue to pray for her & Emma. Also, I plan on making that adorable beach blanket! I am not much of a seamstress, so we’ll see how it goes! :)
