How about a 5 minute project?!
Once upon a time I collected teacups. I don’t hunt and buy teacups anymore, but I have quite a few tucked into cabinets. If you have one you aren’t using, this teacup bird feeder is so easy and would make a sweet Mother’s Day gift for the bird-loving-mom…
I made this in early February and my backyard birds take turns snacking…
It’s one of those simple things that will give you and your feathered friends so much joy…
Here’s All You Need!

A cup & saucer
Chain for hanging
Just glue the teacup to the saucer- (follow the directions on the E6000)
When it’s completely dry…loop a chain through the handle and hang on a branch or hook…
Fill it with premium bird seed and within a few days your little friends will find it…

For this post I used E6000 Glue!
That is so cute, Robin, and I may just make one to hang in my kitchen with a fake bird. The large birds, doves and Gila woodpeckers, have returned from the south and have taken over our yard and I don’t want to feed them. The woodpeckers feed on my hummingbird feeder and have scared the hummers away.
Judy, what a great idea to use as an indoor decoration!!! That’s going to be so cute! I may do one too! 😉 ox
So cute and creative!
This is just so precious! Reminds me of my word for the year, “Simple.”
Thanks, Robin. Again!
This is the most adorable thing that I have seen and so easy. You certainly get the Good Job button for the day. I love this and will probably (ok, I will) steal it from you.
Tracy, you’re so sweet! You can find these all over the place so the idea isn’t mine my friend…xooxox
