I came across this book by accident when looking for another one on Amazon. You know how the powers-that-be at Amazon make suggestions according to your search? Well, this one caught my eye and I couldn’t forget about the premiss; What would you change if you had only 30 days to live?~Living a no-regrets life. So I ordered the book and after separately reading through the first chapter The Husband and I were both intrigued.
At the end of the first chapter the authors issue a 30 day challenge that coincides with the 30 chapters in the book. There are 3 “action points” at the end of each chapter that require a bit of thought.
We decided to take the 30 day challenge and started a couple of days ago and it’s given us some questions for really great discussions in the evenings.
There’s a website: One Month to Live where we discovered whole churches and even entire cities have taken the 30 day challenge!
I’m telling you this smack in the middle of you holiday, because if you’re like me, you may be contemplating what books you want to dive into in January and I thought I’d throw this one in for your consideration!
Have you put any books on your reading list for 2012, I’m always looking for a tip, please let me know! Also, will you be giving books this Christmas? If so, which ones?
~Have a no-regrets kind of day my friends~
