While we were finishing up the closet playhouse(posted HERE) I showed The Husband a great little project over at Ana White (HERE)
It was this adorable dress up storage box…The Husband made this one for our little girls in a matter of minutes!
I needed a dress up storage solution since I’ve started collecting dress up clothes. What little person doesn’t like to dress up and pretend every now and then? This time of year is a great time to pick up some cute costumes!
I’m looking for a little fire-fighter coat and hat because we have three firefighters in the family! Also Ellie loves to play Daniel and the lions den so I’ve gotta make a tunic for Daniel and a lion mask … 🙂
I painted our little Dress Up Storage box pink and stenciled on the front…
See the top hat? That’s for when we play Frosty the Snowman…which is at least 2 times a week! (The Husband looks hilarious in that hat :))
The dress up storage box is tucked away inside the closet playhouse.
If you want a quick and easy project for Dress Up Storage, head over to Ana’s, she has detailed instructions…
~Have a delightful day my friends~
PS~When stenciling the letters, I forgot to add the apostrophe in Let’s! Now I have to pull my paint back out!!!
That is soooooooo cute! I especially love Frosty’s hat.
Adorable……….you guys do awesome things!
I think this is the cutest idea I’ve ever seen!! Robin, you are the Queen of making life fun! Just think how this could even lead into Bible stories. Love it, love it, love it!
What a cute idea! You and The Husband make staying at Gigi and PopPop’s house a child’s dream come true!!! :0)
Every time I think you can’t possible outdo yourselves- you do! Such fun those girls will always have with you.
So…I gotta ask….do the grand kids ever want to go home? Love, love, love this!!!!!
Annette, NO! They really love to stay and play! xoxo
