~I’m glad you’re here – today I want to talk about stress-free decorating…can I get an amen!?~
Thanksgiving is just around the corner. It’s GO TIME for events and decorating and celebrating…the time from November 1st through January 2nd flies by in a blur. So much to do—Earlier this month, when I was Autumn-Nesting (with Thanksgiving in mind), I made an easy fall wreath…it was so easy and I liked it so much that I made two…
Most everything I do is easy Sweet Friends…maybe it’s my age or my deep need for serenity … Or maybe it’s experience…knowing that if I try to do huge, complicated projects at this time of year…my peace dissolves.
That’s why I’m always working with floral picks and seasonal garlands (Like my 8 Five Minute Fall Centerpieces HERE). Those elements are easy-so easy that they feel like cheating…
And this wreath is definitely a floral-design cheat…it’s essentially floral picks, feathers and a garland tucked into a grapevine wreath…you can’t get easier than that.
There’s no right or wrong way to put together a wreath like this. Anyone can do it. So why am I even talking about it?
Because I want you to remember what you already know, that you don’t have to stress out when you’re getting ready for the holidays. As a matter of fact…don’t do complicated-stressful things at this time of year...if you do, you’ll miss your moments.
