When I posted the Baby Wipe Case Tutorial HERE I promised to show you guys how to do the fabric flower! I forgot!
But I’ve gotten several requests lately so better late than never! This is so easy…
The size is up to you, I’ve done them in several sizes, but for the baby wipe embellishment I used a 2″ square to start…
Fold this way…
And then this way…ya got a itty bitty square now!
Now fold lower right corner to top left corner…
Now draw this shape on the triangle…a little swoop.
Cut along your line…now you have a rounded cone!
TaaaDaaa! Now you need 2 more!
Using glue dots, little gems and tiny rubber bands you’ll finish the flower!
Stack the flowers all with wrong sides up.
Put a glue dot in the center of the top piece and add a little gem on top of the glue dot…
Squeeze the fabric around the gem and secure with a rubber band…
Now, flatten and fluff your flower…and there you have it!
You can do so much with these little babies…
They also make adorable fridge magnets…just glue them onto clothes pins with a magnet-strip on the back and you can clip your kiddos art work to the front of the fridge!
~Sending love my friends~
Love the little flowers. You know, I’ve never heard of “glue dots.” I’m going to have to get my crafty game up to par!

Susan

Easy and cute…my two favorite things…!
This is adorable! Love how you can make them and put them about anywhere! Is that a baby wipe box? So cute if it is!
