I’m made a couple of fall signs w/ chalk and graphics! I’m using them in my den on the hearth as part of my autumn fireplace nesting. On Monday, I’m joining some friends for a Fall Ideas Tour that will cover all sorts of fall creativity over 4 days time! Monday is Mantel day and I’ll be sharing my whole fireplace, but today, I want to share these little signs with you!
These are just framed chalk boards that I got at Hobby Lobby, I love them because I can make them perfect for any season by just changing the words. Also, they’re the perfect size to layer with my whitewashed pallet wood panels!
This sign is super easy to make…just print out your words- color on the back of the words with chalk – put the word exactly where you want it on the chalkboard and use an ink pen to go over letters…the white chalk on the back of the print out will transfer onto the dark chalkboard when you color on the letters with your pen.
There you have it! Easy peasy!
And my olive bucket is overflowing with lighted grapevine orbs ...in the fall, don’t you love to add little lights here there and everywhere? Candles and tiny white lights just cozy up the room…
In case you want to make a sign I’ve included the word graphics I used! Click the PDF to print!
