This is a fantastic fudge pie …and it’s gluten free!
* 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Flour (I love King Arthur’s)
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 Cup butter~melted
* 1 Cup sugar
* 2 Eggs
* 1 oz. bitter chocolate, melted and cooled
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
*** 1/2 cup toasted walnuts(350* for 5-6 minutes on cookie sheet covered with parchment)
Set oven rack in the center position. Preheat to 325*. Coat pie plate with cooking spray.
Sift together flour and salt.
Cream butter and sugar ~ Add eggs, one at a time and beat until thoroughly mixed. Add sifted dry ingredients. Add chocolate and vanilla…***and toasted Walnuts!***
Pour batter into pie plate. Bake about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and serve slightly warm…add vanilla ice cream or drizzle some chocolate over the top!
