I was so depressed about Thanksgiving dinner the first year after I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, but The Husband rescued me and researched recipes and came up with a great gluten free Thanksgiving dinner! He always makes the dressing and gravy at our dinner, his mother’s recipe, and he makes an amazing gluten free dressing for me!

I also love this recipe for cranberry sauce! (It’s also really good on a turkey sandwich on the day after Thanksgiving! )

Do you have anyone in your family with Celiac Disease? If you do they will love you forever if you cook gluten free for them on Thanksgiving! (Just be extra careful to keep your gluten free food in a completely clean environment away from any other food you may be preparing, cross contamination can make a person with Celiac very ill)
