I discovered Graphic Stock a few months ago when I signed up for a free 7 day trial. I went nuts going through just a fraction of the 250,000 images on their site! I downloaded (up to) 20 images a day during that time and have been creating printables to give away in the coming weeks! (which, by the way, I can’t wait to show you!) So when my friends at Graphic Stock asked me to take the Graphic Stock Challenge and create something with one of the graphics they provided, I was absolutely thrilled!
I made this cute printable using images from Graphic Stock and simple PicMonkey editing-no photoshop needed!
I used : These fantastic FRAMES (how many things could you do with these!!!)
And THESE adorable Woodland Creatures!
Want me to show you how you can make your own design with over 250,000 graphics to pick from HERE !?
Here’s how easy this is!
Pick an image from Graphic Stock and save it as a PNG file…
I used the forest images so there were lots of images on the page and I needed to cut some out…here’s how I do this…
I edit photo and crop out the image I want…(aren’t these forest animals too cute?)
When the image is cropped- I erase the background by clicking on the screen and when the Overlay box comes up I hit ERASER, you can control the size and sharpness of your eraser here. I start big and then make the eraser small to get around the edges…the closer I get to my image the less hard I make my eraser…it’s a little fuzzy near the edges, which is more forgiving… (there are other ways to isolate images on graphics with several images, this is simply the way I do it!)
I do this with each image I want to use in my final design, creating a saved PNG image on my desktop…
Now you’re ready to put all of your images together and add text! First open PicMonkey and select Design and 8×10 (that’s the size I normally use)
Then set the color of your canvas…I normally check transparent.
Next you want to upload your images – so go to the butterfly and then click YOUR OWN and upload the images that you isolated earlier (you’ll need to upload them one at a time) …
Then play around with your design- add text or banners or whatever you dream up!
And lastly hit SAVE!
One more fun thing! If you want to reverse your text in order to print to transfer paper, you can easily do that on PicMonkey! In Basic Edits – go to Rotate and hit the arrow button! (I’m thinking about printing this to Iron On Transfer Paper and ironing the image onto a canvas tote bag!)
Now I want to challenge YOU!!!
If you take the Graphic Stock Challenge, you’ll be entered to win a $25.00 Amazon Gift Card! It’s super easy…here’s all you do:

I love those printables especially the cruise at night. However, I’m not comfortable in signing up for anything free for only 7 days. I might forget to cancel. Can those printables be downloaded without signing up? Thanks.
Hi! No you can’t access them without signing up…but you could sign up today- then download up to 20 printables and then cancel when you’re done…(I canceled the night before my 7th night, so it let me cancel early!) maybe that would be better! xo
I started to sign up for this through another blog site but didn’t like the fact that they wanted my credit card number even though I could put in a cancellation date. Also, all the images I’ve seen so far look so 70s and cartoonish. Are there more vintage-looking images?
