Remember my Mason Jar Light for the porch? I love it so much, when my friends at Command Brand asked me to try out some of their products, I thought I’d do one for Christmas!
Also, we’re hosting our BIG family Christmas party Saturday and it’s going to be in the 70’s! With that kind of weather, we’ll be outside in the backyard with a bonfire and marshmallows! So I thought I’d add a bit of Christmas back there! (Backyard Makeover HERE)
In putting together my first mason jar light, I used these rustic swinging hooks…
But this Christmas light is smaller and attached to my winter sled (which I didn’t want to drill holes in!), so I used Command Outdoor Hooks! They hold the jars and won’t ruin the sled!
In keeping with my snow theme all over the house, I added a few flakes with these Command outdoor light hooks…Sweet Finley loves it…
And so does Elliot and Miss Berry Brown Bear…
And as the sun goes down it adds a bit of a magical glow to the back yard…perfect for our Christmas party. (I think I’m going to change the lights out to white lights and put this next to the front door for a winter welcome…
Sending love & enjoy every moment this weekend ~ xo

Beautiful! Would love to know where you found the snowflakes — they are different than any I’ve seen before. Thanks. Hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas!
dj, I got them at Hobby Lobby! Merry Christmas to you my friend xo
Cute idea! I love old sleds. These would be great for hanging wreaths and my vintage melted plastic popcorn Christmas decorations. I have used the indoor ones but did not realize they had outdoor ones. I’ll have to remember them next year.
Eileen, the outdoor hooks are just wonderful. If you hang wreaths for other seasons or bird feeders on windows…they’re awesome! xo
Brilliant, Robin. Absolutely brilliant!!! This looks like it belongs on my porch!
Love it. Love you!
Julie!!! YES! This would be PERFECT on your porch…come see me and I’ll give it to you! xo
