This is my favorite cobbler recipe and although I’ve shared it with you before, I thought I’d share it again…it’s that good!
Though I haven’t seen any Georgia peaches in the grocery yet, I did find some amazing peaches from California the other day! Those beauties along with a huge container of fresh blueberries from Costco didn’t sit around for too long…
Georgia peaches, sweet blueberries and a crunchy-chewy crust…soooo delicious.
It’s amazing hot out of the oven but it reheats like a dream.
Oh, and it’s super easy…
*1/2 cup butter
*1/2 cup all purpose gluten free flour (Cup4Cup or King Arthur’s)
*2 cups sugar-divided
*1 tablespoon baking powder
*1 cup milk
*4 cups fresh peach slices
*1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Melt butter in a 9×13 inch baking dish
Combine flour, 1 cup sugar and baking powder. Add milk, stirring until moistened. Pour batter over butter in baking dish.
Stirring constantly bring remaining 1 cup sugar, peach slices and blueberries to a boil over high heat.
Pour over batter- but don’t stir.
Bake at 375* for 40 – 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with ice cream~
~This would be a yummy Father’s Day dessert!~
