This is positively the last pie I’ll be “practicing” for my daughter, Bethany’s upcoming Cutie Pie Baby Shower! I thought of this because The Husband loves peanut butter and I love caramel…I could call this one the PopPop & Gigi Pie!

Creamy Peanut Butter Caramel Pie!
The top layer is creamy dreamy fluff with a hint of peanut butter & the bottom layer is thick ooey gooey Dulce de Leche…aka: caramel!
Here’s the recipe!
Creamy Peanut Butter Caramel Pie~Gluten Free Easily
~This can be easily gluten free if you use a gluten free pie crust~
*1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
*1 cup powdered sugar~be careful to buy powdered sugar cut with corn starch and not wheat starch if you’re going gluten-free!
*1/4 cup milk
*1 teaspoon vanilla
*1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese-softened
*1 (8 ounce) whipped topping
*1 can Dulce de Leche (found in the ethnic food aisle)
*Pie crust-Baked & Cooled
(Use a gluten free pie crust if you are eating gluten free! I love the Whole Foods Crusts)
*1 square of chocolate flavored bark coating or chocolate chips for drizzling
Combine first 5 ingredients and blend until combined. Fold in whipped topping.
Transfer Dulce de Leche from can to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 20 seconds….just to soften a bit.
Evenly spread the Dulce de Leche on the bottom of the cooled pie crust
Add peanut butter layer
Put in refrigerator for 4-5 hours
Drizzle melted chocolate over top before serving!
