This is NOT figure friendly recipe Peeps! I had to test it before I made it for the 5th Annual Pumpkin Carving Party! It’s super easy and I really liked it. The Husband LOVED it. It’s kinda “pumpkin-pie” texture on the bottom and “dump-cake”texture on top…
I copied this to Word back in September. It was on a blog and I thought I had copied the name of the blog with the recipe…but I didn’t! If this recipe is your own…please forgive me and tell me and I’ll give you all the credit!!!
This is all about the food for the Pumpkin Carving Party. I’m serving my Butterscotch Apple Crisp, (posted it HERE) and wanted another Crisp, with a pumpkin punch. This one is a maybe, but I’m trying another one this weekend…I’ll let ya know which one is better!
In the mean-time here’s the YumAliciouS recipe…easy and quick!
1 large can of pumpkin (do not confuse this with Pumpkin Pie filling..broke the mouth one time)
1 can of evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 box of yellow cake mix without pudding
1 cup of chopped walnuts (lightly toasted/350* for 4 minutes)
2 sticks (1 cup butter)
1. Grease a 13x9x2 pan or line with wax paper
2. Blend pumpkin,,milk,eggs,sugar and Cinnamon
3. Pour in pan
4. Sprinkle with cake mix over pumpkin mixture

I’m linking to the scrumptious Foodie Friday where I get LOADS of inspiration and recipes! Foodie Friday is hosted by Michael Lee West, take a minute to meander around her blog…you’ll love it!
Also, all my recipes are in the pulldown menu on the left side-bar under All Things Yumalicious!
Happy weekend Peeps…love and prayers as we live our legacy ~ one day at a time.
