My Aunt Gail was visiting from Belize on her birthday and we had a little party!
I thought Strawberry Trifle would be a great finish to a pretty heavy dinner of Lasagna!

The Husband loved this so much that I made it again just two days later!!! This is a keeper Peeps! I found the recipe online and then tweeked it as I’m known to do and although it doesn’t always turn out this way…this time the tweeks worked! For all I know you already do this one! If not here’s my version…
Here’s the recipe…
1 lg. Container of fresh strawberries~sliced
1 lg.pkg. of Instant Vanilla Pudding
2 1/2 Cups of whole milk
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Angel Food Cake (store bought is fine!)~Cut into cubes
1 Large Cool Whip
Prepare pudding mix with milk and sweetened condensed milk. When the pudding starts to thicken, fold in HALF the coolwhip.
Layer half the cake pieces, half the pudding, half the bananas, half the strawberries (arrange a few strawberry slices around edges of glass dish so they look pretty!)
Repeat layers and top with the other half of cool whip!
