How’s your week going friends? It’s super hot here and I’m beyond ready for the cooler days of autumn. With that in mind, last week I shared a peek at the post I did for The Home Depot …(in case you missed it) – Just in time for chilly fall nights roasting marshmallows around the fire pit… Outdoor / Landscape Lighting…
I also shared my Craft Room Reveal! Finally, it’s (pretty much ) done!
And then I showed you my Inspiration Board for our Laundry Room Makeover! Vintage Linens inspired my room…
Now let’s get to today’s features from last weeks Twirl and Take a Bow! (We’re always pinning your inspiration and looking for features for the coming week…so show us what you’ve been up to my friends but please don’t forget to link back to one of the hosts in your post! )
I’m so excited to be selecting this week’s Features from the selection of amazing links shared at last week’s Twirl & Take a Bow Party! I’m also recovering from the weekend…where I had to move two kids into the dorm. It was exhausting, but exciting!
If you get a chance, hop over and visit me at House on the Way, because I’m sharing the cute DIY Stenciled Curtains that I made from a twin sheet for my daughter’s dorm room. My son prefers I not get ahold of his room, but my daughter is more than willing for me to help her decorate!
Thanks so much for joining us at the party and if you’re not familiar with House on the Way, I’d love to have you stop by!…and I’d love to connect with you on your favorite social media site or you can subscribe by email…
Last week’s party was filled with some gorgeous projects and DIYs, which inspired me to share some top picks that you can use to create a fabulous bedroom for yourself or any member of your family. You can use one, two or all of them as inspiration for the bedroom of your dreams…
Are you familiar with The Weather Door? If not, you are missing out! She is a DIY queen and creates the most breathtaking furniture DIYs and transformations. I’m in love with her Geometric Headboard!
If I was still a little girl, this would be my dream bedroom…it makes me swoon! The Heathered Nest did an unbelievable makeover on the room! I love the Damask Wallpaper…gorgeous!
Even if you don’t have the skills to make your own dresser from pallet wood, like Her Toolbelt, you can get inspired to copy the amazing chevron design she painted on this 7 Drawer Dresser. If you would like to build your own, Amy gives you full plans and directions…she’s a wood working master!
Why pay hundreds of dollars for a designer rug, when you can paint your own?! I’ve been wanting to do this forever and Upcyled Treasures has inspired me…Check out their DIY Painted Rug inspired by West Elm. I love a rug in a bedroom and this is a great idea.
There you go…inspiration for a headboard, wallpaper, dresser and a rug! Perfect for transforming your bedroom into your dream space.
